Gabriel Magalhães

Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, I discovered photography during my very first job in a professional studio. It was love at first sight. Since then, I’ve learned that what inspires me most is the ability to create emotional connections through images — developing a personal vision that merges digital and analog processes, visual narratives and still life. My attention, both as a photographer and as a human being, is drawn to genuine moments, everyday details, and narratives that allow a photograph to become a lasting memory. For me, photography is never meant to be a bureaucratic or fleeting act. It is a creative process — one that should be kept close, inspire pride, and evoke emotion.
